Randall is Bridgepoint’s Director of Human Resources and joined the Firm in 2008.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint he was Executive Director in the Human Capital Management division of Goldman Sachs based in London. Previously he spent ten years with Merrill Lynch & Co. (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch) in various international human resources positions in Geneva, London, Melbourne, New York, and Tokyo. He started his career with Korn/Ferry International.
Randall has a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from North Central College and is a dual national of the United States and United Kingdom.
