Rachel is Bridgepoint’s Assistant General Counsel and joined the Firm in 2009.
She is responsible with the Firm's General Counsel for Bridgepoint's legal, regulatory and compliance functions and departments, working closely with deal teams on all transactions across Europe.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, she worked at the international law firm Clifford Chance in its private equity team.
Rachel has a Geography degree from the University of Bristol and is a qualified solicitor.
