David is Managing Director of the Bridgepoint Portfolio Services Group and worked with Bridgepoint in an advisory capacity to portfolio companies since the mid 1990’s.
He currently chairs Protocol, Oasis and John Brown, and is responsible for the team which manages third party portfolio companies and enhances their performance and realises value for investors.
Prior to working with Bridgepoint, he was a partner at Deloitte in its financial advisory practice, specialising in restructuring and debt advisory work. Subsequent to this he ran an independent restructuring advisory practice.
David has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and a Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround Professionals.
