He is responsible for Bridgepoint's legal and tax, regulatory and compliance functions, and works closely with deal teams on all transactions across Europe.
Before joining Bridgepoint, Charles was a partner at international law firm Travers Smith where he headed its private equity group.
Charles has a degree in Law from Exeter University and is a member of the Financial Markets Law Committee and the Law Society.
