Alan is a Partner of Bridgepoint Development Capital and joined Bridgepoint in 1996. He transferred from the Bridgepoint European Buy Out team to Bridgepoint Development Capital in January 2010.
He currently sits on the boards of The Energy Solutions Group (formerly BAS) and Lumison and has specific responsibility for our Services sector activity. Alan has been involved in a range of transactions including leading public to private and serial buy and build investments. Previous transactions include Safestore PLC, Aktrion and Hydrex.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint he worked for Arthur Andersen in its corporate finance team. Alan has a degree in Finance from Birmingham University and is a Chartered Accountant.
