Under Bridgepoint ownership, the company made three complementary acquisitions: Lion TV Group which specialised in history, factual and entertainment programmes; Company TV, a film and TV production company focusing on prime-time TV drama and feature films; and Mersey TV, the producer of high quality television programmes.
In July 2006, ALL3MEDIA was acquired by Permira in a transaction which resulted in Bridgepoint achieving a 7 x money multiple.
