Our ultimate aim is to be the international private equity manager of choice for our investors, and management and employees of portfolio companies everywhere we operate.

To achieve this, we strive to maintain the highest levels of corporate governance, applying standards of professionalism uniformly across the firm.

We work hard to maintain these standards, and this is reflected in our management structure: the firm is led by an Operating Committee chaired by our managing partner, and our partners, who can also draw upon the advice of our European Advisory Board. Our Investment Committee decides whether we invest in businesses, and is comprised of the most experienced partners from across our businesses.

We have five core guiding values, and we believe they help us manage Bridgepoint, and the businesses we own, more effectively.
