Bridgepoint Development Capital is a specialist part of our firm which focuses on businesses with an enterprise value of below €150 million.

We invest across all sectors but have a particular focus on business services, consumer, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing & industrials and media & technology.

Will you ever take a minority stake in a business?

In our experience we can only help businesses achieve greater scale and profitability by having a majority, controlling stake, and we have developed exceptional skills in this approach.

Do you do start-ups?

No, but for established investments with an enterprise value below €150 million, we have a specialist team, Bridgepoint Development Capital, that can invest anything from €10 million to €75 million of equity in individual opportunities.

What do you look for in a business?

We look to invest in strong-performing, high quality, well-managed businesses that have the potential to grow - through expansion, operational improvement, refocusing of strategies, or add-on acquisitions.
